Get with the times - Licensed Account Representative NJM Insurance Employee Review

This place is such a disappointment. We are currently on a 3 week in-office rotation due to Covid, and are set to go back April 4th. We are allowed to continue working from home 3 days per week and are supposed to be going in 2 days. We have kept the company running for two years mainly from home and now the company is going to torture us by making us go back for no reason. They say it's to be with our teams and have in-person meetings, but I don't even work in the same office as my supervisor or half my team. No one is buying this lame explanation and the president needs to join the year 2022 by letting us come into the office if we WANT TO, not by forcing us.
