Free soup at lunch. Benefits are ok. Campus is ok, Close to home if you live across the street, otherwise too far to bother.
Cons
Your supervisor and those above do not give a darn about what you can do. Supervisors want good little boys and girls who keep their mouth shut and keep their heads down. Free thinkers need not apply.
