Pros
Decent pay, good health benefits, PTO, Stock purchase plan, 50% discount on products. The "culture" is unique. Bar on campus and most events offer FREE BEER abd food.
Cons
No work/life balance, shift is changed whenever "business needs" arise with little notice. It is impossible to work your way to a better shift or better days off. Even Supervisors change shifts every year, which means you can be there for 15 years and work grave shift. Great for young single people without families, otherwise "either figure it out or find another job."
