All tasks are due yesterday. Mgmt is not realistic and keep chasing after KRA without any thoughts and regards for the staff well being. Even as you hit your targets, the goalpost keeps shifting. Depending on who you meet, some can be really hard to work with. Rewards wise, mgmt is only keen in cutting cost, so much so that he has to resort to not agreeing to union n gives a much lesser bonus/AI compared to past years. Dont even get me started on comparing with other clusters. The workload and complexity is no lesser but disparate in the remuneration.
