Top heavy. Lots of VPs and directors. No room for growth. - Anonymous employee NFL Employee Review

Pros

Watching football and free food during game days.

Cons

There is no work-life balance. You are expected to work more than 40+ hours a week, and weekends. Only people from product and marketing and sales get promoted. Open positions are mostly filled externally. I have yet to see an internal candidate get an executive role. Turnover is high whenever new leadership comes in. Management tries to "fix" things that aren't broken. Tough to get hired full-time. If you are not in product or sales, you have no chance on getting on-boarded as a full time employee. Favoritism is rampant. Not everyone is given an opportunity to attend events like the Super Bowl. The same people goes to Super Bowl due to management preference. Communication is mediocre, at best.

Pros

The people make the place. Best people ever. Also obviously awesome if you love football

Cons

They make everyone part time because they say they don’t have enough money to give people benefits. They made $23 billion last year btw.
