I worked at NFL full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great place to start your career and there are some wonderful people that work here

    Cons

No growth for young employees and HR makes it clear that they do not care about their employees.

    Advice to Management

LISTEN to what people say in their reviews, this feedback would take so little time to fix and would make sure a difference for young people.

I worked at NFL full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The camaraderie was the best attribute of working for the NFL.

    Cons

The senior leadership was very strong prior to 2018 - allowing for organizational transparency and providing support and successful goal-oriented paths for employees and the organization. That is no longer the case. Changes in senior leadership since have resulted in a very high turn-over. Random organizational decision making from new senior leadership has been trickling down and affecting staff and departments.... Promotions are also very difficult to achieve at the discouragement of most employees.

    Advice to Management

New hires that inherit a successful business model will need 2+ years of institutional knowledge to drive the business and manage appropriately.

    I worked at NFL

    Pros

Opportunity to work for a well-known, global brand

    Cons

Company is dishonest and makes promises which it doesn’t fulfill. It promised the same position to multiple people in order to drive down salaries. I would not recommend them. I hope that an authentic competitor (not AAF or WFL) arises to give Americans a true choice to break this monopoly.

    Advice to Management

Due to the betrayal of trust, I’m not interested in providing feedback which might help the NFL owners. It’s unfortunate for America that such an important pastime is governed by such dishonorable interests.

I have been working at NFL full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Benefits are amazing and facility is heading in the right direction with it’s technical advancements.

    Cons

Disconnected leadership doesn’t address acknowledged ongoing shortcomings that persist on middle-management level.

    Advice to Management

You can pretend to listen, but unless you act you are, in fact, weak and failing those you should be leading.
