Pros

You get all the football you can possibly ask for Work with talented people

Cons

-Diversity is severely lacking. It was laughable when I noticed there was literally one, maybe two poc in each department. -The pay is embarrassing for a brand like that of the NFL. Imagine being told nobody would be getting a raise (a lie) because of budget constraints and then reading a company wide email about how revenue has increased for the year. Then imagine barely getting a livable wage and seeing the CEO is making $63 million annually. -The growth possibilities are virtually nonexistent with no direction on how to be promoted. Many colleagues have been stuck in the position for years even though they’ve voiced the desire and done the work to be awarded a promotion. -The return to the office was very forced and unnecessary. A lot of money was put in to the new office building, so it’s as if all caution was thrown to the side and people had no choice but to return to the office 5 days a week. Now they maintain accountability by sending 2 or 3 emails a week about a new covid outbreak in the office.

Pros

The people make the place. Best people ever. Also obviously awesome if you love football

Cons

They make everyone part time because they say they don’t have enough money to give people benefits. They made $23 billion last year btw.
