Pros

Cool job. Watch all the football you can handle. Occasionally meet some NFL stars

Cons

The pay isn't terrible, but you're basically located in LA. It leaves a lot to be desired. Hours can be brutal, whether its working overnight for months on end or working a day shift one day then a night shift the next and followed up by another day shift. Sundays during the season, you can forget about doing anything. You'll be in the office literally all day, but that comes with the territory. Once the off season hits, find another job if you're seasonal. If you're part time, you may as well find another job too. You will work about 3 days a week, but it can also be less and you can even be scheduled zero days. Upward mobility is limited. Not many POC or women. The higher you go, the less you'll see.

Pros

The people make the place. Best people ever. Also obviously awesome if you love football

Cons

They make everyone part time because they say they don’t have enough money to give people benefits. They made $23 billion last year btw.
