Strong leadership, all higher ups are great at taking feedback and open to change. a healthy company culture very respectful, encouraging and purpose driven environment. Good financial management leads to steady profits and controlled expenses. They work hard in providing the best benefits to all employees, allowing them to feel valued and supported.

Established success can sometimes lead to a preference for familiar approaches, which may slow the adoption of new initiatives. Well-honed systems and workflows can make change feel less urgent, which may delay efforts to evolve or innovate.

The company does have an impressive portfolio of business partnerships and high-profile clientele, which could provide valuable exposure for employees.

This was by far the most disappointing work experience of my career. Employee treatment is inconsistent, and morale is extraordinarily low due to favoritism and instability stemming from the highest level of leadership. The senior leadership team is primarily composed of family members and friends, which has created a work environment that lacks professionalism and accountability. The "Chief People Officer" does not demonstrate the experience or strategic mindset needed to strengthen the workforce. Additionally, there is a significant lack of accountability at this level, with frequent shifting of blame and responsibility onto others instead of addressing issues and employee concerns constructively, which further exacerbates workplace challenges.
