Pros
NEOS has a friendly team atmosphere with lots of support, a high level of interaction with executives, and offers the ability to make a big impact. It's a great place to try out and refine new skill sets. Being able to volunteer and take part in initiatives that you care about is a game-changer if you've ever been in a job where you felt like you never did work that actually felt valuable to you. NEOS really appreciates its employees and shows it. Also, the executives are very open to questions and giving constructive feedback. The company wants you to thrive by doing what you see as valuable and what also helps the clients. The work/life balance is what you make it - some people are able to get their work done in an 8 hour day, while others prefer to put in longer hours. There are times when working late is necessary because of the demands of the project, but it's not constant and there is flexibility with schedules.
Cons
I don't consider it a con, but this is not a company where you can hide. People who slack off or don't want to contribute and be part of a team don't last long. The benefits could be a little better, but that comes with being a smaller company.
