They expect you to do a mediocre job just to get things done. There is always a sense of urgency because of bad management. And you are expected to do everything all at once, at the same time. If you are not a yes person you might not do well here. They do not want to be challenged in any way and the work load is unrealistic if you are doing everything in a quality manner. They talk about being a family but have no problem exploiting a person's mental illness for their own benefits and then discarding them.
