Leadership tries to act composed, but the horrible choices they make spill into team calls where the tension is impossible to ignore. The environment becomes abusive when you start questioning anything because certain senior staff react with defensiveness instead of accountability. I Witnessed behavior that felt outright racist at times, brushed off as jokes or harmless comments, even though people were clearly uncomfortable. This is the worst place I have ever worked.
