      Pros

      Mursion has a strong mission, an exciting product, and some of the most talented and empathetic people I've worked with. The company is innovating quickly, especially around AI, while still keeping the human central. There are high levels of autonomy and trust given by leadership.

      Cons

      Like any high-growth company, there can be times when the workload is quite high.

      if your are emotionally intelligent, literate with basic tech, and reliable, you will be......beaten to death with the work of lesser qualified people who remain on payroll for super dubious reasons.

      Cons

      see above. There seem to be some low-contributing protected species that are sucking up the budget.
