I wish the had a retirement fund that we could contribute to.

I began my career with MPDirect in June 2016. The features of the company/job that attracted me most were 1. The hours, 2. The flexibility, 3. Holidays off. Once I began to work for MPDirect, I found a whole realm of features to be attracted to. The people are genuinely nice and personable; from the sales staff , shipping staff, admin's to the senior leadership. The owners make the place a family feel . In over two years, I have never worked for a company where I felt like being there every day like I do with MPDirect. The staff feel valued and the diversity of the staff is what makes MPDirect a dynamic employer.

The only downfall to working for MPDirect is that you do not show up, because they always make each day a pleasure to come to work.
