MpDirect interview questions

Phone interview - then in person interview with Supervisor. Went through scenarios for sales calls. Outbound calls on dialer. Easy scripting for the calls. This is soft sales job. More time is spent educating the customer about the products.

Very nice and was treated with respect. The role playing was great. They showed me the office and warehouse. We went over the products and expectations. Training was explained. I was treated with respect during the interview. Too bad the respect did not continue after I was hired.
