Workload can fluctuate and a lot can be expected from you, requiring some overtime. Working with Sales reps can be difficult.

That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.
