      Pros

      Probably a few but the overtone of the overbearing leaderships shadows everything so much, pros just loose their value.

      Cons

      Have you heard the term "Command & Control" leadership style? Look it up. That's what we've become. We've had 3 sets of leaders. This one's the worst. Lots of people unhappy. Lots of people have been leaving over last 1.5 years. I'm betting more leaving. I agree with other negative reviews. It's pretty accurate. Stay away from the software/product department. Hardware might be ok?

      Great work environment and great people. Flexibility to make your own decisions and steer the organization the way you see fit.

      Constantly connected to the job, even after hours. Hard to disconnect.

      Pros

      I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.

      Cons

      That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.

      Thanks for your review. We regularly review employee compensation to make sure it is competitive with local market practices in the industries and countries where we operate. Additionally, all Motorola Solutions employees participate in an annual incentive plan or a sales incentive plan. That said, we appreciate your feedback and have made a note of it.
