      Pros

      The general company strategy seems to be moving in the right direction, but it is slow moving. Company offers decent snacks. Remote work options are solid.

      Cons

      Employees are not valued, and upper management seems blind to the problems of employees. Way too many pointless meetings, the higher you are in the company the less you get to not attend meetings. Horrid Job growth unless you can sneak into a restructuring. Bad culture in Utah.

      Amazing internship culture! Everyone is super supportive and nice. The internship program is also very well-organized. Great WLB as well.

      Pros

      I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.

      Cons

      That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.

      Thanks for your review. We regularly review employee compensation to make sure it is competitive with local market practices in the industries and countries where we operate. Additionally, all Motorola Solutions employees participate in an annual incentive plan or a sales incentive plan. That said, we appreciate your feedback and have made a note of it.
