We are taking your feedback seriously to ensure any concerns are addressed. The leadership team has an open door policy and is always open to talking through ideas that help improve the organization. We are owned by a private equity company and they have a responsibility to see a growth in their investment, this is not new of any funded business. This actually benefits everyone, including our customers, investors, and the employees. If the company continues to grow and increase in profitability that opens up more opportunities for career growth/advancement and increased/improved benefits. In order to have those opportunities, we need all of us to work together as a team to grow the company. The company has been around for many years, that could not have been possible without the effort of the long-standing employees, and there should be room for new ideas from people with lots of various backgrounds and experiences. We lean into our CEO’s marketing background as an added benefit to understanding the value of web localization, strengthening our growth opportunities. You have provided multiple points that you see as issues and invite you to discuss your ideas with any of the leaders to make improvements.
