I first applied through a career search website, prior to the interview, I was asked to complete a translation test, once completed I had an initial call to set up the in-person interview, then proceeded to interview at the office and met with two different managers.

The interview process is fairly conversational and open. They ask for explanations of how you go about prospecting and best practices to getting people to agree to a meeting. They want to see your process, and communication skills being displayed in this process.
