      Senior management only chasing money and no focus on culture or even doing personal assessments. Sales just does what they want and no control

      Pros

      No family time at all. There is too much work and only 3 people. Management sucks. They don’t care about anything. When getting Sick you still have to be in office. Even they say there is bonus is so less bonus

      There health insurance is very good. They have float leave that good.
