As a B2B forwarder, Morrison's strong and long-term customer relationship is a stable source of company revenue, eliminating concerns about a lack of orders. The company is relatively lenient with its employees and does not easily lay off staff, making it a stable place to work.

Cons

The drawback is that most of internal systems are third-party systems that have been difficult to integrate for a long time. Additionally, each department has its own priority requirements, and the IT department has limited decision-making authority. There is also a lack of effective project management processes, and the company still relies on traditional, outdated methods for project and personnel management.
