TOXIC ENVIRONMENT, MICRO-MANAGING CEO - Manager Moodys Private Client Employee Review

Horrible culture. Perpetuate resentment between staff and partners/directors. Unbelievable micromanagement. Abuse. Culture of sexism. Highest staff turnover I have experienced - CEO doesn't care - only states, "...they can't f***ing handle it, good riddance, and they are stupid..." Leaders encourage drama and negative behaviour. They ask their current staff to create fake reviews on here so they don’t look so bad.
