In my experience, this was the most toxic workplace I’ve ever worked in. I found management to be arrogant and disorganized, and the culture often felt built on fear and burnout. Rather than supporting employees, it seemed like people were pushed into competing over who could brag about being the most overworked. For me, work–life balance simply didn’t exist here. Constant stress were normalized, while morale stayed low and turnover was high. I rarely felt respected as an employee, communication was poor, and leadership appeared more focused on image than on building a genuinely professional environment. Based on my time here, I would not recommend Moodys Private Client to anyone. If you value your sanity, this is not a place to build a career - it’s a place to burn out.

-toxic work environment -extreme micromanagement -expected to work on weekends/ holidays without getting the time back -clear divide between rankings, people think they are considerable better than admins -stupid tasks no other company would ever ask of their employees -very low salary for the work that is expected -ridiculously hi turnover of staff
