      Flexibility to work from home Supportive leaders Food coupons Adherence is not a must but cannot be fiddled with or misused. Lot of scope to earn if you've the potential to.

      Cons

      No transport. No free hugs. You can make a few mistakes and a mountain of sh*t comes raining at you. Your colleagues will outsmart you in everywhere by still being colleagues.
