Pros
They trust you with a lot of different tasks and allow you to choose your own projects based on your personal interests and strengths. The work you do is not merely assisting others but producing content directly for the website and social media.
Cons
There is not a lot of training or communication once you start. Management will assign you a task without really explainng what needs to be done or giving you a deadline.
