Interview
Asked behavioral questions and wanted to talk about if you have any prior experience in the service/food industry. One manager was present as well as the Human Resources manager so it was two people asking questions but they were very friendly. Interview was very conversational and was not too long of a process.

Interview
The interview was fairly standard. You meet with everyone from the department (up to three people) and are asked standard interview questions (what are your strengths, weaknesses, etc). The interviewers then leave the room and give you time to complete a writing excercise, which for me was drafting a press release based off of a flyer for an event they provided.
