Pros
MongoDB has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. Primarily I feel at home and comfortable. I feel like I am supported by my company and everyone wants me to succeed. I feel motivated by my peers and genuinely enjoy going into work everyday. The office perks and free lunch, as well as the ideal work life balance is just icing on the cake. If I work outside of 9-5 its because I am traveling or because I just want to. MongoDB successfully fosters a culture of constant learning and genuine motivation to push the company and each other forward. I feel like I have the freedom to explore my strengths and the resources to help me work on my weaknesses.
Cons
The information for how to execute marketing activities seems to be a bit dispersed, and each team's responsibilities seems to be up for debate sometimes. But it seems like that is just the outcome of a growing organization. Most people (including leadership) are relatively new to the company so that has positives and negatives.
