Solution is quite versatile so you might take time to understand the product and position it well. But you can get help from senior.

Reasonable pay. Work from home 3 days a week. That’s about it.

Bad micro management and disrespectful. Love to provide feedback about change how one works, but loathes receiving feedback back and change for the better too. No process, skimps on resources, guidance/trainings and tools. Better elsewhere or anywhere.
