Pros

A pub that opens on the odd Friday. A gym with some treadmills and a couple of other machines.

Cons

The company is completely stats driven, once you meet a goal, they ask you to do better again, yet you get nothing in return. They claim to be the highest value call centre yet hire summer temps who do not have any care for the quality of the job and end up causing issues for clients and long term PA’s - also, for the highest value call centre, the wage for employees is the same as any other yet with extra work and pressure. They have no care for the staff’s suggestions/needs, they refuse to let them use the fridges/microwaves as they would prefer to take the money back out of their wage than helping the employees save money. They spend money on silly ‘perks’ that aren’t beneficial for all staff, but do it to look good on their social media. They claim to care about staff’s mental health but I know of a few (ex)employees who have suffered with bad mental health or have been off due to this or a family member passing, and on return have been told that they need to do better, if not they are threatened with performance plans. The turnaround for staff here is awful and as an employee you are completely replaceable to them, after a month of being here, you begin to see the realities of working here.

Pros

Snacks in office and fridge

Cons

Abusive amount of back to back calls are given to you there is time for breathing or thinking and you lie that you work for the company of the call but you have no records to actually help the caller most you can do I take a message or attempt to transfer them, it’s incredibly useless.
