Reckless - Anonymous employee Molded Precision Components Employee Review

Reckless about their finances and growth strategy leading to loss of jobs. Reckless about health and safety leading to poor morale. Extremely reckless about covid-19 exposure. For example, they recently made the entire company gather in the same room so the president could force religion on us. Town halls are not what they used to be. Employees haven't seen any profit sharing in years. It was a major insult in when we worked our lives away for nearly an entire year for a very lucrative face shield project just to not receive any profit sharing in 2021 because management blew money on a failed initiative instead. The management team doesn't seem to be held accountable for anything. Health and safety, process improvement, reducing errors, poor decision making, poor attendance - doesn't matter, they always get away with it for an extremely long time. My supervisor loses her temper and becomes very rude constantly and yet this person won a culture award. I will not be working here much longer.
