      Pros

      Modo is a nice place to work. Strong company culture where people want the best for each other. Plenty of opportunity to grow and learn.

      Pros

      - The junior and mid-level staff are nice - The Galleria Campus has convenient amenities

      Cons

      - Culture of bad mouthing employees to peers among leadership, while accusing lower-level staff of gossiping. - On more than one occasion, the CEO said "this account needs a man" to a team with 1 man. - Owned and operated by a married couple. This is not disclosed during interviews. - No flexibility (even for parents). - Turnover!!!!!! They terminate a lot of people.
