- If you want to make an impact and are passionate about the energy transition, Modo is a brilliant place to work - Very innovative and fast-paced, you will be challenged & learn a lot - A lot of responsibility very early on, and the freedom to do what you think needs to be done - A brilliant team, who are all lovely to work with and very bright - Transparent leadership who tell the team everything as soon as possible

Cons

- Direction changes quickly with the market. This makes it an exciting place to be, but if you want consistency this is not for you - High expectations for performance can be a lot of pressure
