      Owner and executives are all easy to work for. Co-worker are all great people. Family atmosphere everybody working toward a common goal.

      Good work/life balance. I liked most of my teammates.

      Low pay with little to no raises, felt anonymous even though I worked there for years, no real opportunity for advancement
