I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Modern Postcard (Carlsbad, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
Easy peasy process where the hiring manager and HR person was very easy to work with and talk to and get an understanding of.
Great company building with a cool vibe to it and very "Google-esque".

Question 1
What kind of animal would you be if you were in a Zoo?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Modern Postcard (Oceanside, CA)
Interview
The process took a very long time. Several phone interviews and in person meetings as well. I was told they were extremely impressed with my knowledge and history in the industry. They then told me the hold up was they did not know where to place someone with all my extensive knowledge but did not want to lose me as a candidate. I was so excited. The offer came in and it was so low. I have never made that kind of money in my life.
