As a fresher if you join this company, initial training will be good, they gonna train you on multiple technologies.
Cons
its a scam do not join this organization, no hikes, no job security, no projects they will just make you use as toilet paper. There are enough politics and no proper hierarchy. Management is too worst. You are not sure when you will get fired. Don't see the name data in the company its not worth to work there. this is like a waste of time and no career growth. Most important thing is we need to sign bond for three years and even for hike we need to sign bond which is not at all beneficial
