Totally incompetent senior management. No vision, no plans, no opportunities. A result of old-fashioned Japanese business culture of purely pleasing your own manager, rather than doing your job and questioning anything. Not inclusive at all: only old Japanese men in the top. No women, no other cultures, etc. Macho men ruling the company like it's still 1975. Pure politics. Senior leaders do not adapt to changed consumer behavior and HR standards. Huge staff turnover in all offices outside of Japan, for years.
