The owner of the company is the most unprofessional individual that lacks maturity and leadership. He consistently undermines his employees and berates them using foul language. The amount of turnover of employees in the company accurately describes this persons lack of leadership skills. The company pays well, so employees deal with the awful leadership, but in the end, everyone is miserable dealing with the owner.
