      Cons

      Meetings can lack focus, some software issues that make working difficult. As a low level recruiter, hard to move up without obtaining more skills.

      - Working from home since pandemic - Paycheques showed up - Supportive teammates who got it

      Cons

      - Bad leadership like really really bad leadership at the top - Good leaders either quit or get let go like recently - no regard for seniority - Constant changes with no meaning or basis in reality - never holding the right people accountable - leaders never taking accountability themselves - blaming recruiters for bad job deals when recruiters do all the hard work
