      If you get to adapt, you will learn how to multitask on a level you have never imagined

      Cons

      There is no people's culture whatsoever, they drive themselves solely on data and improving their performance, which fails to account for their employees, hence their incredibly high turnover.

      Good stepping stone for those looking to enter the world of recruiting + get insights into how a business operates. Friendly, inclusive culture with decent company events and friendly management that operate with open door policy.

      Cons

      Meetings can lack focus, some software issues that make working difficult. As a low level recruiter, hard to move up without obtaining more skills.

      My co workers were very friendly, ability to work from home, an okay entry level experience if interested in HR

      Cons

      Management was not pleasant to deal with, no guarantee of how long you can keep your job, they lay off when they want to , not a stable job

      - Great work environment overall - Great co-workers - Clean, functioning kitchen - Easy to commute location - Nice benefits (if salary) - Transparency from Managers, CEO, COO and President - Possibility of working from home - Employees are heard and respected - Casual environment, sometimes with dogs in the office - Work schedule is great: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm, with flexibility if needed

      Cons

      - Seasonality by end of year - Wage is almost minimum for entry level (had a hard time finding Cons; it is a great place to work)
