Cons

The Chief Operating Officer openly screams at and assaults staff and managers in front of team members and guests. Team members are fired daily, while strong employees are left to carry the weight—handling large sections, VIPs, training new hires, and expected to deliver top-tier service. Despite this, all captain servers are paid the same (Pooled house). Standards are not enforced equally—certain individuals are given passes, while others are held to stricter expectations. Server assistants who are motivated and ready to move up are constantly overlooked in favor of outside hires, leading to low morale and high turnover.

Pay is not too bad during season

Cons

Unprofessional from every level - floor management to administration, even high level executives come to the restaurant to oversee the floor while they are wearing jeans and sneakers and they are speaking Greek half the time.
