Pros

Flexible time off and insurance after 3 month

Cons

Working at mil techs is a bad choice. Only work here if you come from worse or if you are desperate. They will accept you if you have little experience like me but when I tried to ask a lot of questions to get help they would whisper bad things about me. I had no training and the job description didn't describe what I was actually doing once I started working. The company is very unorganized. They try to set rules but after a while no one follows them. Read the other honest reviews, they are not lying. The owner of the company will try to intimidate you with his yelling and lecture that he has a lot of experience in everything but if he actually did then he would know what the company needs and be a better manager.

Pros

I really had a wonderful time working there! Firstly, the environment of it is terrific! For me, it's a place you could call home and there wasn't a lot of pressure on you to make you feel like choking on a day to day basis. Secondly, the company works with high-end people everywhere in the Silicon Valley to make itself stand out from all the other companies here. So as a part of the company, you will always have something to learn and someone to learn from. Last but not least, what I like very much about Mil-techs is the inclusiveness. The managements are very supportive and easy to get along with. Those are leaders you can't find everywhere in this serious area. I love this place!

Cons

The company is relatively new so I think they have to put more effort in improving the rules and regulations. Due to the working style here, you may not have heavy duty on your shoulder every day so a person lack of self-discipline might lose his way and be thrown away from the team.
