      You get free bagels in the morning

      Cons

      This company is a failed start up that has been bleeding money for 5 years. The owner has no idea what he’s doing, and he changes his mind on major business decisions every day. He has no respect for anyone. Employees either quit or are too scared to say anything to him, because anyone who does quits or gets fired. 25+ employees have left in 2020 alone. Management is a joke. You will be overworked and underpaid. Their job descriptions do not match the work you will be actually doing. The current workspace is an old daycare center infested with roaches and other bugs.

      Cons

      They paid poorly but ask for a lot. There are big problems regarding their management that the boss is such a manipulator and doesn't listen to any advice. You won't have any promotion opportunities and you will be squeezed here.
