      Great people work across the agency, AI forward, pretty inclusive, good work life balance

      Very political, leadership plays favorites and tried to encourage junior level employees to seek out new business opportunities with no training

      Pros

      Some of the people are nice and not cut throat. A few know what they are doing.

      Cons

      Leadership is outdated, not in touch with reality and just looking to make a profit and sell the company. They have no loyalty and will remove you from the company as soon as one of the "ageless wonders" are done with you, even if you are pregnant or dealing with personal issues. Won't own up to the mistakes they made and the financial wrong doings of the CEO is taken out on the employees who work hard for MWW
