What stood out to me was when the recruiter took the time to reassure me that she would not "ghost me" and that I shouldn’t worry about being left without a response. Incredibly unprofessional HR department. Instead of providing an actual salary range for positions, this company refuses to share what their budget is and demands you disclose your desired range.
