Very comfortable and friendly working environment, everyone is respectful different people's opinions and works. There are more opportunities to grow and build your network since the company is still in the start-up stage to promote MIDEA brand products and gaining more market shares.

sometimes you need to wear different hats to solve some problems since the company is in the start-up stage and there are some roles and positions are still missing. that's why HR have did good job to hire a lot of talent people recently.
