Behavioral questions with the hiring manager -- not very engaging. Felt like an interrogation. Just a flat conversation, although I tried bringing up questions and ideas, the interviewer did not seem receptive.
Pretty standard process. Spoke with HR then with hiring manager. Of course we reviewed my background, went over some behavioral and situational questions then details of the role and what the everyday tasks would look like.

I got an interview in person. I posted my resume and sent message to HR. HR replied my message, and I got the interview. They like that interviewee contact them, as they received so many resumes. Contacting them can make you outstanding, But, it bight be depends, not every HR in Midea like this.
