I completed translation work for Midlocalize in January 2026. Despite submitting invoices and multiple follow-ups, payment has not been received as of May 2026. I have attempted to resolve this matter through several channels, including repeated email follow-ups, direct communication with project managers, and messages via their official social media platforms (LinkedIn and Facebook), but have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. Communication has been inconsistent, and my attempts to settle this privately and professionally have been unsuccessful. Based on this experience, I strongly advise freelancers to clarify payment terms in advance and proceed with caution when engaging with this company.

Good Salary - Good Team leader- Completely Remote

No Bonus-No Safe - many Lay-off each quarter. The current work environment feels unsafe and unstable due to frequent layoffs. Every six months, many of my colleagues are let go without clear justification, which has significantly impacted team morale and mental health. Additionally, the recent absence of bonuses has further added to the stress and uncertainty. This situation is making it difficult to maintain focus and motivation. I hope leadership can address these concerns to foster a more secure and supportive workplace.
