      -Great and welcoming team -Forgiving environment -Great work-life balance -Time to learn and develop skills

      -Subpar salary for Romania -Impressions matter more than actual performance ( at least in my case) -Some people are uncommunicative and leave bad reviews behind giving no chance to improve or understand your mistakes
