Good company culture, good training and plenty of courses to take, no individual sales bonus which eliminates the internal competition and promotes a better team collaboration.
Cons
Salaries are average, some systems are outdated, many decisions are still centralized in the USA instead of leveraging some of the administrative decisions to be handled locally
